Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMO
TO: Joe Chlebeck
FROM: Bud Nagovsky
DATE: April 3, 1985
SUBJ: Zietlow Residence
I looked at the James Zietlow residence today. Mr. Zietlow
received a variance for the house placement on the lot and
another variance for the enclosed deck on his site plan. The
enclosed deck is now an open deck that he wants to make into
a three - season porch. The open deck on the site plan would
be new construction. Because of the angle of the house in
relation to the rear lot line, the new deck would probably
project into the rear yard setback 6 to 12 inches further
than the present structure. It appears as though the original
variance may have been granted, so the setback from the front
lot line would be the same as the rest of the houses on the
street. If the neighbors have no objections, I would recommend
granting the variance as an extension of an already granted
variance.
kg
Page 1
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Blesener
Rick Callova
Mugs Nardini
