8 -23 -1996 2:17PM <br />FROM SWFFNEY BORER OSTROW 223 5289 P.5 <br />ORDINANCE NO <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 404 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Chapter 404 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby added to read as follows: <br />404. REGULATIONS IN MOBILE HOME PARES <br />404.010. APPL /C DILITF 0P T vie RBSUSAT6RY ?R6V2326WWs. <br />The operation of motor vehicles on private roads within a mobile <br />home park shall be subject to the highway traffic regulatory <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169, as amended, not <br />withstanding Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169.02, Subd. 1. This <br />Ordinance is adopted for the safety and protection of persons and <br />property, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes *327.26, Subd. 2. <br />404.020. RIGHT OF ENTRY. Any authorized law enforcement <br />personnel, including deputies of the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />Department, shall be permitted in mobile home parks at any time, <br />for the purpose of the safety and protection of persons and <br />property and /or for the enforcement of this Chapter or other <br />provisions of this Code or Minnesota Statutes. This Ordinance is <br />adopted for the safety and protection of persons and property, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §327.26 Subd. 2. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
