Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
As directed by the Council at its last meeting, I have contacted
the surrounding cities to determine whether or not they had
overnight parking restrictions in place. The following are the
results of my survey:
Arden Hills - On- street parking is limited to 6 hours.
However, no on- street parking between the
hours of 1 A.M. and 6 A.M. from October 15th
through April 15th.
Falcon Heights - Vehicles must be moved every 48 hours.
Maplewood - No overnight parking restrictions.
Roseville - No restrictions in the current ordinance.
However, they are currently considering
the requirement that vehicles be moved every
48 hours;
Shoreview - No on- street parking between the hours of
2 A.M. and 5 A.M. Permits available upon
request (overnight guests, driveway repairs,
etc.).
Vadnais Heights - No on- street parking between the hours
of 1 A.M. and 6 A.M. from November 1st
through April 1st.
Page 112
