Hanson, City Administrator <br />RE: Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program <br />Attached is a letter from Muriel Bianchi requesting the City's <br />participation in the Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership <br />Program with MN DOT. This would allow the planting of evergreen <br />trees within the Highway 36 right -of -way for property on Viking <br />Drive between McMenemy and Edgerton. The residents have <br />indicated they will be responsible for the on -going maintenance <br />required by this program. <br />The property owners need the City to sponsor the application in <br />order for it to be considered by MN DOT. <br />Ms. Bianchi and some of the other property owners will be present <br />at Wednesday's meeting should you have further questions. <br />Page 75 <br />
