This hearing is about a proposal <br />to change the Maplewood Land Use Plan from R-1 (single dwellings) to OS (open space). City staff is <br />proposing this change for the undeveloped property (including the Ramsey County open space) around <br />the house at 2870 Arcade Street. Maplewood Is considering buying about 6.5 acres of land west and <br />south of the house at 2870 Arcade Street for open space.The proposed change is for the area east of <br />Arcade Street, north of Keller Parkway and west of Kohlman Lane.
