MEMORANDUM <br />northwest Essocl2ted consultEnts, Inc. <br />TO: David Licht <br />FROM: Jay Baago <br />DATE: 7 March 1985 <br />RE: <br />FILE NO: <br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Revision <br />New and Used Car Sales <br />753.09 <br />In checking with area cities and also with the League of Minnesota Cities, <br />it appears as if there are few special standards imposed by these municipalities <br />relative to new and used car sales operations. Some cities have attached <br />conditions to special use permits, or other controls with which we might be <br />interested in. These provisions are discussed below and do not take into <br />account basic requirements involving screening, landscaping, accessory uses, <br />etc. that would be applicable to all acceptable uses within a certain district. <br />St. Louis Park <br />The City allows an open sales lot through a CUP based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. At least one -third of stock is new and unused automobiles. <br />2.
