Accordingly, the cost of such a report <br />could be charged entirely to a fully matured bond fund rather than the opera- <br />ting funds of the City. <br />If the terms of this engagement as described herein are agreeable, please sign <br />the enclosed copy of this engagement proposal and return it to us. We will be <br />able to begin work on the initial phases of this study during late July or early <br />August.
