UUU VICAJUI Will 'vi,.' UUMILII
10 June 1985
Page Three
5. The provisions of Section 921.010.C. of this Ordinance are considered
and the request is found to comply with these criteria.
6. The City may grant a deferment to a developer of industrial
buildings or building additions from the exterior wall design require-
ments of Section 918.060.6.1 when the building or building addition
will be constructed in more than one phase.
a. The deferment shall be until the second construction phase
is completed for five (5) years, whichever is less.
b. The developer shall provide the City with an irrevocable letter
of credit for an amount one and one -half (11/2) the estimated
cost of the required exterior wall treatment. The bank and
letter of credit shall be subject to the approval of the City
Attorney. The letter of credit shall secure compliance with this
section of the zoning ordinance.
To document our concern for allowing some flexibility in building materials,
we will have photos available for your review at the 12 June Council meeting.
At that time we will be available for a further discussion of this issue plus
the entire I -P District concept.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Lowell Nagovsky
Tom Sweeney
Don Carley
04
