Page 2 <br />Planning Commission <br />May 9, 1985 <br />Charles Mr. Lee was not present at the meeting. Therefore, the Commission <br />Lee did not act on his property division. <br />Heinel Mrs. Jackie Nadeau Durand appeared before the Planning Commission <br />Property explaining that she has purchased a lot from Mr. Heinel upon which <br />Division a house is under construction. The problem is that Mr. Heinel's <br />lots were combined by the County for tax purposes. However, each <br />lot has an individual abstract. Mrs. Durand is requesting that the <br />$200.00 application fee be waived just to get a tax number. <br />The Planner stated that she must have local government approval <br />stating that it is now a separately owned piece of property. The <br />City will refund any money that is not used for review cost. <br />Mrs. Timmons made the following motion: <br />Approving whatever is necessary to release this land from <br />the identification number of the other piece of property. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />Kath Mr. Kath appeared before the Commission requesting approval of the <br />Prelimin- Frank Kath Addition on .Morrison and Demont. He was informed that <br />ary Plat the easements had to be six feet instead of five feet. He has no <br />problem with this. <br />Sandy Casey, 2450 Morrison, and Mary Philip, 2460 Morrison appeared <br />before the Commission with their concern regarding the drainage on <br />their property as a result of all the fill brought in. <br />Mr. DeLonais advised the City Council to direct the City Engineer <br />and the City personnel to look at the drainage and the culvert <br />going under McMenemy south of Demont. <br />Mrs. Timmons reminded the Commission that the City has a new <br />ordinance to review the problems of fill permits. <br />Mr. Davison made the following motion: <br />Recommending approval of the Kath Preliminary Plat <br />subject to the Engineer's approval of the amount of <br />fill and the impact of drainage in the area, especially <br />to the culvert on McMenemy. <br />Mr. DeLonais seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />1 1" v .. <br />
