Fage 3 <br />Planning Commission <br />May 9, 1985 <br />Zilge/ <br />DeBace <br />Preliminary <br />Plat <br />So fie/ <br />Peterson <br />Preliminary <br />Plat <br />Zoch <br />Rezoning <br />Mr. DeBace appeared before the Commission requesting approval of <br />his site plan. The Planning Commission recommended acceptance of <br />the PUD and land split at the April 11 meeting. <br />Pat Collova, owner of the property east of the Zilge /DeBace plat, <br />stated his concern that his property would be landlocked. <br />Mr. DuCharme made the following motion: <br />Recommending approval of the site plan for Zilge <br />and DeBace. <br />Mr. Herkenhoff seconded the motion: <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Mr. Leonard Sofie and Mr. Greg Noska, Royal Oaks Realty, Inc. <br />appeared before the Commission requesting preliminary plat approval <br />of the Sofie Addition being developed in conjunction with Mr. James <br />Peterson's property to the west. They agree with the Planner's <br />report. It was suggested that Sylvan Court be changed to Ontario <br />Bay Road. <br />The Commission discussed County Ditch 7, the cul -de -sac length <br />and the adjoining dedicated park. <br />Mr. DeLonais made the following motion: <br />Approving the preliminary plat for the Sofie <br />Addition subject to the recommendations of the <br />Planner's report of May 1, 1985. <br />Mr. DuCharme seconded the motion: <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Mrs. Elaine Zoch, 2945 Condit Street appeared before the Commission <br />requesting a rezoning of her property. They have met with Larry <br />Lee regarding the north 60' which they-are requesting to be indus- <br />trial. <br />Mr. Sam Fasciana, 2905 Condit, appeared before the Commission in <br />opposition to the rezoning. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Zoch are also requesting a special use permit for <br />auto repair. <br />r1.' 1/41`' <br />
