MINUTES OF TIIE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 12, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12th day of <br />April, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present aC roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barb Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Fire Chief <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-4-85 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 22, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ARBOR Mayor Blesener proclaimed Friday, Apri128, 2006 as Arbor Day and May <br />DAY as Arbor Month in the City of Little Canada. He also reported that the <br />PROCLAMATION City's Parks & Recreation Department will host an Arbor Day Celebration <br />on Friday, April 21St, at 1 p.m. in Spooner Park. <br />FIRE The Little Canada Fire Chief appeared before the Council to present the <br />DEPARTMENT City with a donation of $14,718 toward the cost of the Fire Fighters' <br />DONATION Memorial Trail signage. The Fire Chief acknowledged the memorial <br />TOWARD trail that was put in by the City's Parks & Recreation Department behind <br />TRAIL the Fire Station. The Fire Department is making this donation from their <br />
