MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 12, 2006 <br />SIGNAGE charitable gambling profits. He noted that three benches have been <br />installed along the trail, and some additional improvements are planned to <br />recognize some of the early members of the Fire Department. <br />Mayor Blesener acknowledged that the trail is a nice addition to the City's <br />trail system, and he thanked the Fire Department for Cheir donation toward <br />the cost of signage for the trail. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-4-86 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />APPROVING THE 28~H RIDER TO THE ST. PAUL BOARD OF <br />WATER COMMISSIONERS' AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />*APPROVING THE TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ST. <br />JOHN'S SCHOOL'S SILENT AUCTION; <br />*APPROVING THE FINAL AGREEMENT WITH RAB LLC <br />RELATIVE TO FINANCING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; <br />*APPROVING THE PAY REQUEST OF TOWER ASPHALT FOR <br />2005 IMPROVEMENTS; <br />*APPROVING THE SCHEDULED REPLACEMENT OF CUSHMAN <br />UTILITY VEHICLE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PARKS & <br />RECREATION DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REQUEST The City Administrator reported that the Canabury Townhouse <br />FOR ROAD Association has requested City assistance in improving their access <br />IMPROVEMENT- drives and parking lot. These are private roadways that were <br />CANABURY constructed in 1972 and are in need of repair. The Administrator <br />TOWNHOUSE indicated thaC the issue for the townhouse association is their ability to <br />2 <br />
