Little Canada Mayor and City Council
18 March 1985
Page Three
2. Enlargement of aisle space between structure and south property line
to 20 feet, exclusive of five foot property line setback and five foot
curb barrier next to building.
3. Providing of appropriate curb barriers.
4. Significant enlargement of loading berth space to a minimum of 110
feet between street right -of -way and front of building.
5. Approval of conditional use permit for loading berths on front of
building.
6. Increase in height of loading docks by two feet.
Because of the extent of the site alterations listed above, and also due
to the nature and location of the parcel in question, any facility would have
difficulty meeting the required loading and access regulations in that part
of the lot. This is due mostly to the limited buildable area between the
NSP easement and the south property line. Consequently, any development
on this parcel which requires loading space and sufficient driveway access
would probably have to be located further east into the lot, where more space
is available.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Art Ryan
Lowell Nagovsky
40
