Min. Reg. Meeting City Council 5 -8 -74 Cont. Vote On The Questions (334 -336) page 15 Mr. De Baca introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Whereas: Mr. James Nadeau, has requested the rezoning of the Nadeau Estate from, Single Family Residential, (R -1) to, Light Industrial, ( I -1) and, Whereas: The Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, adopted a resolution, on May 8, 1974, recommending the rezoning of the Nadeau Estate to 1 -1 and also recommending the area between Centerville Rd and De Sota, and the area between the north property line of parcel 53 -0050- 030-51 to Co. Rd. " D " which encludes the Nadeau Estate, be rezoned, I -1,( Light Industrial), and, Whereas: It has been determined that this rezoning be a Council Action, and Whereas: Mr. Dolan of, " Dan Dolan Gallery of Homes" the sales representative, for Mr. Nadeau stated he would pay the $ 50.00 Rezoning Fee and furnish the certificate of abstract for the area involved. And, Whereas: Land Use Map, indicates the area, projected land use as,Light Industrial.(I -1) NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA That a public hearing be held on the 26th day of June 1974, at 7 :30 o'clock PM. in the Council Chambers, of said City, located at 515, Little Canada to consider the rezoning of the following properties from Single Family Residnetial, ( R -1) to Light Industrial, ( I -1) Parcel Identification number. 53 -5420- 011 -00 Legal Description: Nadeau Addition, subj to hwy Lot - 1 - Parcel Identification number. 53 -5420- 020 -00 Legal Description: Nadeau Addition, Lot - 2 - Parcel Identification number. 53- 5420 - 031 -00 Legal Description: Nadeau Addition, subj to hwy Lot - 3 - 9 r
