Rd. " D " Land to remain as <br />farm land. <br />Soma of the following remarks were made during the <br />Council discussion on the proposal. Land use map indicates area <br />should be, Light Industrial, No plans were presented to determine <br />a specific use. Terminating the zoning at Alien or at the North <br />Line of the Auger property causes set back difficulities. Building <br />controlled by ordinances. <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution <br />and gyred its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION REZONING <br />A 74 ACRE TRACT <br />Whereas: A petition has been presented to the Council <br />requesting a 74 acre tract be rezoned from R -1 <br />( single family residential) to L-I ( Light Industrial) <br />and, <br />Whereas* <br />Whereas* <br />Whereas: <br />The Planning Commission has recommended that <br />such rezoning be approved, and <br />The Land Use Map, indicates that the proposed <br />use for this area, should be Light Industrial, and <br />A Public Hearing was held on June 26, 1974 and <br />at which time all persons were given an opportunity <br />to be heard concerning • the rezoning. <br />NOW THEREOFRE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />That the 1964, Zoning Hap, of the City of <br />Little Canada, is hereby ammended by rezoning <br />of the following parcel from R -1 ( Single Family <br />Residential) to L -I ( Light Industrial) <br />Parcel Identification no. 53-5420-011-00 <br />Legal Description <br />Nadeau Addition <br />Sub to Hwy <br />Lot 1 <br />19 <br />
