City Council <br />June 26, 1974,cont. <br />Rezoning <br />Cont. <br />Questions <br />Cont. <br />(150- 262) <br />TRAFFIC: Traffic was also mentioned in the dicussion and <br />it appears that the County may have some furture plans <br />for the up- grading of Centerville. It was also mentioned <br />there may be less traffic if the property' is zoned industrial <br />rather then multiple dwelling. It was also mentioned that <br />there is a lot of traffic on Centerville Rd. <br />BUILDING PLANS: <br />DRAINAGE: <br />It was mentioned that the Planning Commission and <br />the Council has the final say on the types of business <br />proposed. It was also mentioned that, " no noxious or <br />hazardous use" in the opinion of the Council shall be permitte <br />Drainage was discussed breifly and it was pointed out <br />that at the time plans for building are presented, those. <br />plans must indicate, landscaping, drainage, water supply and <br />other information, pertaining to parking set backs ingress an <br />egress. <br />POWER LINES: It was the opinion of the Council, that no buildings <br />are permitted under the line easements. However there was <br />some discussion concerning the use of the property for a <br />car lot. It was pointed out that a special use permit <br />would be required for a car sales lot. <br />ALLEN AVE.
