Mr. Thomas Sweeney
1 April 1985
Page Two
I again emphasize my concern relative to the easement protections
which we believe to be essential. Over the past year, a resolution
of this subdivision question has been hedged upon with no satisfactory
answer achieved. My hope is that the development agreement can satisfy
all concerns by keeping applicant's costs at a minimum while simultaneously
affording the City and future land owner and resident reasonable develop-
ment as well as financial protection.
Upon your return to the office, should you care to discuss this matter
further, please contact me accordingly.
Very truly yours,
NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED_CONSULTANTS, INC.
David R.
