credit, wonder's compensation coverage, unemployment compensation, and other <br />similiar rights and benefits accorded City employees. <br />6. It is understood that the City will not be responsible to reimburse <br />Horwath for any costs of utilizing his personal vehicle while providing <br />tree inspection services. <br />7. Horr.ath shall hold harmless and indemnify the City from any and all <br />liability for personal injury or property damage, tangible or intangible. <br />8. In addition to the services independently contracted herein Horvath shall <br />at all times, have the right to contract his services to others. <br />9. Horwath agrees to furnish whatever tools, machinery, or testing equipment <br />as he shall deem necessary for the performance of his services. <br />10. In the event horwath is unable to provide services as necessary then the <br />City shall have the right to contract with another for such necessary services <br />until Horwath is again able to perform pursuant to this contract. ' <br />11. This contract shall-be effective on , 1985, and may be <br />terminated by either party by giving 30 days notice.
