Little Canada Planning Commission
Little Canada Mayor and City Council
4 April 1985
Attached we have provided the applicants with an acceptable parking and access
plan. This will entail, however, the removal of the storage facility directly
east of the office /storage building. This site plan offers the applicants an
acceptable alternative for the area immediately east of Rice Street. Therefore,
we recommend the applicants have another site plan drawn up based on this and
other recommendations cited here. These are as follows:
1. A registered land survey of the area should be undertaken to re- combine
the several lots within the parcel.
2. Provisions for utility and drainage easements should be included in the
new site plan.
3. An acceptable parking and access plan for the area directly east of Rice
Street.
4. An acceptable landscape plan should be included.
5. The site plan should include the entire storage facilities development.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Don Carley
Tom Sweeney
Lowell Nagovsky
C. Ray McCulloch
Keith T.
