MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />April 11, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 11th day of April, 1985 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT AT ROLL CALL: <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas DuCharme <br />Roy French <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Sharon Timmons <br />MEMBERS ARRIVING AFTER ROLL CALL: Art Herkenhoff <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />MEMBER ABSENT: Peter Costa <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Beverly Jespersen, Secretary <br />Approval Mr. DeLonais accepted the March 14, 1985 minutes as written. <br />of the <br />Minutes <br />Edward Mr. Edward Anderson appeared before the Planning Commission with <br />Anderson a proposal to rezone from B -3 (General Business) to R -B (Residential <br />Park St. Business) and grant a variance and conditional use permit for <br />construction of a four -plex on Park Street. The building will be <br />the same as those built on Ruth Street. Mr. Anderson agrees with <br />the recommendations of the Planner. <br />A resident at 2560 Spruce Street was concerned about the lighting <br />on the building. Mrs. Timmons stated that we cannot control what <br />he will need to illuminate the building. <br />Mrs. Timmons made the following motion: <br />Recommending approval of the Edward Anderson <br />four -plex proposal abiding by the recommen- <br />dations made by the Planner on April 9, 1985. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Kingsbury. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Page -1- <br />
