915. "PUD ", PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />915.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "PUD ", Planned Unit Development District is to provide for the inte- <br />gration and coordination of land parcels as well as the combination of varying types of residential, commercial and <br />industrial uses. <br />915.020. APPLICATION. All permitted, permitted accessory, or conditional uses contained in Sections 905 <br />through 915 of this Ordinance shall be treated as permitted uses within a PUD District to eliminate the overlapping <br />procedural requirements of individual conditional use provisions. <br />915.030. SPECIAL PROCEDURES. The establishment of a "PUD ", Planned Unit Development District shall be <br />subject to the amendment and procedure requirements as outlined in Section 921 of this Ordinance, plus the procedures <br />and conditions imposed by Section 923'of this Ordinance. <br />61 <br />69 <br />
