24 9 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9O3.O2O.D. OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code, Section 9O3.O2O.D.3. <br />is hereby amended to read: <br />"3. Except for farm and agricultural buildings, accessory buildings <br />shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height, shall be six (6) <br />feet or more from any other building or structure on the same <br />lot, and shall not be located within a drainage, utility or <br />access easement." <br />Section 2. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code, Section 9O3.O2O.D.4. is <br />hereby amended to read: <br />"4. No accessory building or garage for a single family dwelling <br />shall occupy more than twenty -five (25) percent of a rear yard. <br />Garage space and accessory buildings for a single family detached <br />dwelling shall not exceed one thousand (1,000) square feet of floor <br />area per lot, except by conditional use permit as provided for <br />in Section 921 of this ordinance. " <br />Section 3. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code, Section 9O3.O2O.D.5. is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"5. <br />No building permit shall be issued for the construction of more <br />than one (1) accessory building for each detached single family <br />dwelling, except on the approval of a conditional use permit <br />according to the provisions of Section 921 of this ordinance." <br />Section 4. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code, Section 9O3.O2O.D. is <br />hereby amended by adding: <br />Every single family dwelling unit erected after the effective <br />date of this ordinance shall be so located on a lot that at least <br />a two (2) car garage, either attached or detached can be located <br />on said lot." <br />20 <br />
