Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />February 14, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 14th day of February, 1985 in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and <br />the following were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />Roy French <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Herkenhoff recommended that the minutes of the January 10 <br />meeting be approved as read. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Dave Mr. Al Hilderman, representing Dave Frattalone, appeared before the <br />Frattalone Commission requesting approval of a 2 1/2 acre parcel from Mr. <br />Property Frattalone's 10 acre parcel. The property is being purchased by <br />Total Asphalt. Mr. Hilderman reported that all drainage easements <br />are being provided. <br />Mr. Costa stated that he knows the Quality Asphalt business and it <br />is a good operation and will be a benefit to the neighborhood. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Dave Frattalone subdivision <br />contingent upon the Planner's Report and any other necessary approvals. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Herkenhoff. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Page —1— <br />
