MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 25, 1984 <br />Manes <br />Lot Split <br />(Cont.) <br />Richard <br />Richards <br />Variance <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 7 <br />Wrona <br />Variance <br />Mrs. Scalze stated she wanted to make sure that in approving the <br />lot split the City was not approving the proposed future development <br />of the area. <br />Council decided to act on this item later in the meeting when Mr. <br />Manes is present. <br />Mr. Richard Richards requested approval of a front yard fence variance <br />and a variance for the location of a swimming pool. <br />Mr. Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the variance 7 - 0. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84 -7 -323 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE RICHARD RICHARDS VARIANCE REQUEST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Forsberg, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 341. <br />There was no one present objecting to the Richards' variance requests. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 84 -7 -324 - APPROVING THE RICHARD <br />RICHARDS VARIANCE REQUEST FOR FRONT YARD FENCE <br />AND SWIMMING POOL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Forsberg, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 342. <br />Mr. Richards informed the Council that he would no longer be parking <br />his garbage trucks on his property, but would use some adjacent <br />industrial property. <br />Mr. Fahey opened the public hearing on the Wrona request for variance <br />at building line. Mr. Fahey indicated that the Planner and Planning <br />Commission recommended denial of the request. <br />
