ORDINANCE NO. 258 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, ADOPTING THE MINNESOTA STATE <br />BUILDING CODE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 301.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />301. STATE BUILDING CODE ADOPTION <br />301.010. Building Code. The Minnesota State Building <br />Code, established pursuant to Minn. Stat, Sections 16B.60 <br />through 16B.73, one copy of which is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as the building code <br />for the City of Little Canada. Such Code is hereby <br />incorporated in this ordinance as completely as if set out <br />in full. <br />(A) The 1985 Edition of the State Building Code, <br />effective January 14, 1985, adopts by reference <br />the following codes: <br />1. 1982 Edition of the Uniform Building Code, <br />identified as "UBC "; <br />2. 1984 Edition of the National Electrical Code, <br />identified as "NEC "; <br />3. 1981 American National Standard Safety Code <br />for Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and Moving <br />Walks, identified as ANSI A17.1 - 1981 and <br />Supplement, ANSI A17.1a - 1982. <br />4. Minnesota Plumbing Code, Minnesota Rules <br />4715.001- 4715.5600. <br />5. Flood Proofing Regulations, June 1972, Office <br />of the Chief of Engineers, U.S. Army. <br />6. Minnesota Heating, Ventilating, Air <br />Conditioning and Refrigeration Code, Minnesota <br />Rules 1345.0010 - 1345.3000. <br />7. Rules of Energy Conservation Alternatives in <br />Construction, Minnesota Rules 1325.0600 - <br />1325.0700, which adopts by reference the 1983 CABO <br />Model Energy Code. <br />8. State of Minnesota Manufactured (Mobile) Home <br />Rules, identified as Minnesota Rules 1350.0100 - <br />
