-) Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />July 11, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the llth day of July, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Bill Davison <br />Mr. Thomas Ducharme <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. Roy French <br />Mrs. Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Mr. Thomas Perlinger <br />Mrs. Sharon Timmons <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Peter Costa <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Planner, Steve Grittman <br />Recording Secretary, Kathleen Glanzer <br />There being no corrections to the June 13 minutes, Mr. Gene <br />DeLonais ordered the minutes approved as read. <br />James Mane Mr. James Mane appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />Property of the division of a lot from his property. The lot would front on <br />Division LaBore Road. <br />Mrs. Timmons pointed out the Planner's recommendation that a road <br />easement be dedicated to ensure that property in the area is not <br />land — locked. <br />Mr. Mane commented that the Planner recommended this last year when <br />he divided some property which was sold to his neighbor, Mr. Richie. <br />Mr. Mane reported that Mr. Richie has no intention of developing <br />the property. <br />Mr. DeLonais commented that the concern is for access to the property <br />in the back should someone wish to develop it. <br />Mr. Mane stated that he did not think this property would ever be <br />developed and pointed out that the property drops off 20 feet or <br />more. There is no way to supply sewer to the property without a <br />lift station. Mr. Richie purchased the property so that he would <br />have no neighbors close to him. <br />Page —1— <br />
