Section 7014 of the U.B.C. details the inspection requirements. Again, inspec- <br />tion is referred to in the City Code, details subject to the discretion of the <br />City Engineer. The Engineer should provide his recommendation for the inclusion <br />of the inspection details. <br />Completion: The City Code is more detailed as to the requirements at completion <br />of the project. Again, these details were carefully reviewed by the City and <br />should be maintained in the City Code. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />From an administrative perspective, the Little Canada City Code is more specific <br />to the City's needs. This portion of the Excavation /Land Fill Ordinance should <br />be kept. From an engineering perspective, the Uniform Building Code is much <br />more specific. The City Code has referred the engineering specifications to the <br />discretion of the City Engineer's review. The Engineer should be consulted for <br />his recommendation as to the need for this data to be detailed in the City Code. <br />7 <br />
