Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
TO: Mayor & Council
FROM: Bud Nagovsky
DATE: July 9, 1985
RE: Frank Frattalone's Property on County Road C
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Blesener
Rick Collova
Mugs Nardini
I made an inspection of the property today. The fuel tanks
have been taken down off the stands and stored on the south
side of the property. St. Paul Utilities and Rudy's
Excavating have a large array of construction machinery in
various states of repair on the property. There are some
junk cars, trucks and construction equipment on the south
and east sides. About 12 older, but licensed cars are
parked in the S.W. corner of the property.
St. Paul Utilities and Rudy's Excavating have not been
licensed by the City.
A car cleaning enterprize located between Kukk and Rudy's,
also is not licensed. The general appearance of the rear
and side yards leaves a lot to be desired.
The Planner has erroneously stated that 3,000 sq. ft. or
more requires sprinkling. Any building 2,000 sq. ft. or
more used for retail or warehousing requires sprinkling.
Bud
bj
