547Q <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 5 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT TAX DISTRICT WITHIN THE <br />CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada adopted a Resolution on the 22nd day of May, 1985 <br />calling a public hearing by said Council to be held on June 12, <br />1985, at 7:30 p.m., at City Hall in Little Canada, Minnesota, <br />to hear and discuss all aspects pro and con of the proposed <br />establishment of a storm sewer improvement tax district <br />encompassing the entire municipality of the City of Little <br />Canada; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time, place and purpose of <br />said public hearing was published in the official newspaper of <br />the municipality for two successive weeks; the last such notice <br />having been published more than seven days prior to the date of <br />the hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at City Hall of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota on June 12, 1985, at 7 :30 p.m., at <br />which time, all persons opposed to the proposed establishment <br />of a storm sewer improvement tax district encompassing the <br />entire municipality of the City of Little Canada were able to <br />express their views; and <br />17 <br />
