A. Lot Area: 40,000 square feet <br />B. Lot Width: 150 feet <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than fifty (50) feet. <br />2. Side Yards: Not less than twenty (20) feet on any side, <br />nor less than forty (40) feet on the side yard abutting <br />a public street. <br />3. Rear Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />4. Yards abutting residentially zoned property: Not less <br />than forty (40) feet on any yard abutting residentially <br />zoned property. <br />D. Landscaping: All lots in an "I -P" District shall have not less <br />than twenty -five (25) percent of the lot area dedicated to land- <br />scaped green area in compliance with Section 903.020.G. of this <br />Ordinance. Landscape plans must be submitted to and approved by <br />the City Council. <br />E. Lot Coverage: No building or combination of buildings in the <br />"I -P" District shall exceed thirty -five (35) percent of the <br />total lot area on which it is located. <br />918.060. BUILDING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Height: No building shall exceed forty (40) feet in height, <br />except as provided in Section 903.040.C. <br />B. Building Construction: <br />1. All buildings in the I -P District shall be constructed of <br />or exterior finished with,solid wall masonry construction <br />consisting of brick, stone, architectural concrete cast <br />in place or pre -cast concrete panels on wall surfaces. <br />Wood and metal exterior may be allowed as part of window <br />and door frame or fascia treatments of the exterior wall <br />facing design. <br />2. Subject to a conditional use permit, Section 918.040.D. <br />and the stipulations set forth therein, the City Council <br />may allow the use of other building materials than those <br />stated in Section 918.060.B.1. <br />SECTION 2 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of <br />Little Canada this day of <br />1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
