MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />August 8, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 8th day of August, 1985 in the Council Chamber of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Mr. Peter Costa <br />Mr. Bill Davison <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Thomas Ducharme <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. Thomas Perlinger <br />Mrs. Sharon Timmons <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Roy French <br />Mrs. Karolyn Kingsbury <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Approval Mr. Herkenhoff suggested that the 8th paragraph on page 3 of the minutes <br />Of The be corrected to reflect his statement to mean that things do not remain <br />Minutes the same forever, and perhaps the road issue would be better worked out <br />between the two property owners. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the minutes be approved as corrected. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Costa. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Minnesota Mr. Bruce Hubbard appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />Mini — Storage of the addition of a small office /warehouse building to the present <br />Minnesota Mini — Storage complex. Hubbard reported that he has purchased <br />additional property in the area on which this addition will be located. <br />The building will match the existing Minnesota Mini — Storage office <br />building. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked Hubbard if he has seen the recommendations of the <br />Planner. Hubbard replied that he did not have any objections to these <br />recommendations. <br />Mr. Hubbard explained the signage that is planned for the building. <br />Mr. DeLonais asked if a variance would be necessary for the signage. <br />Page —1— <br />
