Ducharme agreed. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the proposed ordinance including <br />Items 1 and 6 and excluding Im,f3, and incorporating <br />the Building Inspector's suggestion <br />"with metal exteriors" because the Planning Commission feels the <br />ordinance as proposed would be difficult to enforce and the other <br />areas are covered by the Building Code. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 8 - 0. <br />Change The Planning Commission was agreeable to changing its meeting date <br />In Meeting from December 12 to December 5 at 7:30 P.M. <br />Date <br />Other Mr. Quirin asked if it would be practical to set up construction <br />Business districts <br />r be in the which no metal siding or steel buildings <br />Quirin also asked if a screen house would be allowed under the proposed <br />ordinance. The Building Inspector replied that it would. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked what happened when the City was considering the issue <br />of manufactured t regulations areas.
