Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the proposed ordinance including Items 1 and 6 and excluding Im,f3, and incorporating the Building Inspector's suggestion "with metal exteriors" because the Planning Commission feels the ordinance as proposed would be difficult to enforce and the other areas are covered by the Building Code.
