MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />l -Nov. 14, 1985 <br />Other Mr. Ducharme was concerned that the new regulations for the I -P district <br />Business say that he cannot add on to his buildings with similar materials. <br />(Cont.) <br />The Planner reported that the Council decided to consider existing <br />metal buildings in the district as non - conforming so they cannot <br />be expanded. The only change that can be made is to bring them more <br />into conformity. <br />Mr. Ducharme reported that he has 21,000 square feet of building <br />and he feels that he should be able to add 3,600 square feet. Ducharme <br />stated that he would abide by Appendix E and setbacks. Ducharme pointed <br />out that the addition would not even be seen from the street. <br />Mr. Herkenhoff suggested that Ducharme discuss this with the Council. <br />Adjourn <br />The Planning Commission asked for information on whose terms of office <br />are up at the end of 1985. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Kingsbury. <br />Motion carried 8 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Clot <br />at leen Glanzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page -5- <br />
