Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Jerry Fisher <br />Property <br />Division <br />MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 12, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 12th day of September, 1985 In the Council Chambers <br />of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. <br />and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Roy French <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mrs. Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Mr. Thomas Perlinger <br />Mr. Peter Costa <br />Mr. Bill Davison <br />Mr. Thomas Ducharme <br />Mrs. Sharon Timmons <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Herkenhoff recommended that the minutes of the August 8 meeting <br />be approved as read. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Kingsbury. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Mr. Jerry Fisher appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />of the property division of Lots 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 and the Northerly <br />30 feet of proposed vacated Lake Street. Mr. Fisher is proposing that <br />this property be split in half. The two lots would front on Ruth Street. <br />Mr. Fisher pointed out that the proposal is contingent upon Lake Street <br />being vacated between Ruth and Stark Streets. <br />Mr. French pointed out that the City has already vacated a portion of <br />Lake Street on the other side of Ruth. <br />Mr. French recommended approval of the Jerry Fisher property division <br />contingent upon the vacation of Lake Street between Ruth and Stark <br />Streets. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinge <br />Motion carried 5 - O. <br />Page -1- <br />
