Little Canada Planning Commission <br />11 February 1986 <br />Page Two <br />Our office would like to emphasize that while the general design concept may <br />be a salient factor in the decision, the central issue is the rezoning. The <br />Commission should address policy issues first, then in the future design details <br />can be worked out if the development in fact progresses that far. If the City <br />decides against the rezoning concept, the developer may wish to pursue one of <br />the above single family options. Design issues are most efficiently handled <br />in the proper zoning framework.
