MIN ..ES <br />City Council <br />July 10, 1985 <br />DeBace/ <br />Zilge Plat <br />(Cont.) <br />Vadnais <br />Auto Repair <br />In I -P <br />District <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 7 <br />Clean Up <br />Of <br />Frattalone <br />Property <br />On County <br />Road C <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 8A <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -7 -331 - GRANTING A PUD AS <br />REQUESTED WHICH WOULD ALLOW A 40 BY 100 FOOT <br />BUILDING ON DESIGNATED LOT B ON THE CONDITION <br />THAT IT BE ADJOINED WITH OUTLOT D AND BECOME <br />ONE LOT AND THAT THE BUILDING BE SPRINKLERED <br />AS PER CITY CODE BECAUSE OF THE IRREGULAR SHAPE <br />OF THE PROPERTY, NO PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE REAR <br />OF THE PROPOSED LOT AND THE ONLY LOGICAL USE. <br />SEEN FOR THE PROPERTY TO ALLOW THE EXISTING BUILDING <br />ON OUTLOT D TO EXPAND <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (3) Blesener, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nayes (2) Scalze, Nardini, <br />Resolution denied. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 336. <br />Mr. Dan Vadnais has requested that he be given an auto repair license <br />to operate a business in the City's I -P District. <br />It was the concensus of the Council that they were not in favor of <br />changing the ordinance to allow this in the I -P District. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -7 -332 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />CLERK TO INFORM MR. DAN VADNAIS THAT THE CITY <br />COUNCIL IS NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH ALLOWING AUTO <br />REPAIR IN THE CITY'S I -P DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 337. <br />The City Clerk pointed out to the Council the report it has received <br />from the Building Inspector regarding the clean -up of the Frank <br />Frattalone property on County Road C. <br />Mr. Blesener noted that a lot of the property has been cleaned up, <br />but there is still more to do. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that the Council must also deal with the issue of the <br />non - conforming businesses on the property and if the Council is willing <br />Page -7- <br />16 <br />
