MINUTES <br />City Council <br />.June 12, 1085 <br />(tome Share <br />Program <br />(Cont.) <br />1 102 County <br />Road C <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 6 <br />Service Bureau or the City's recreation program. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -6 -276 ā€” APPROVING THE CITY'S <br />PARTICIPATION IN TIIE HOME SHARE PILOT PROGRAM <br />TO THE EXTENT OF $632 AND FOR A PERIOD OF ONE <br />YEAR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Pages 278, 279 and 230. <br />Mr. Fahey reported that the City has received complaints about the <br />condition of the property at 102 County Road C. This property :s <br />owned by Frank Frattalone and rented by Rudy's Excavating. <br />tir. Frattalone appeared before the Council and agreed that the property <br />should be cleaned up and reported that he has talked to his renter <br />about this. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed our that this property is zoned commercial and <br />is being used as im'ustrial property. The City Clerk stated that Mr. <br />Frattalone has a conditional use permit on this property for his <br />original business. <br />Mr. Frattalone reported that he does still use the property for storage <br />of trucks in the winter. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that the contracting shops on the property should <br />not be located in 3 -3 zoning. The Planner stated that this was correct. <br />Scalze reported that there is major auto repair and painting going on <br />on the premises. <br />Frattalone asked what the property could be used for. Scalze showed <br />him the list of uses for B -2 and 3 -3 property. The Planner commented <br />that open and outdoor storage are conditional uses. <br />Mr. Fahey felt Chat the Planner and Mr. Frattalone should sit down <br />together and go over the ordinance. The Planner can make recommendations <br />as to what is appropriate. Fahey stated that if something is not <br />permitted in a business district, it should be removed. <br />Frattalone did not feel that the type of building which is on the <br />property was rentable for a commercial use.
