MINUTES City Council January 27, 1982 Lillian Garfield Ducharme Variance and Property Division Council opened the public hearing on the property division and variance request of the Lillian Garfield Ducharme property located on the west side of LaBore Road and abutting LaBore between Arcade Street and County Road D. The Votel Development, Inc. has requested a variance to section 905.050 of the Zoning Code to construct a dwelling at 72 foot width at the building front yard setback line. The City's Code requires 75 foot width. Both the City Planner and Planning Commission have recommended approval of both the variance request and property division provided that building setbacks are met. There was no one present opposing the variance or the property division. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 82 -1 -39 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VARIANCE REQUEST MADE BY VOTEL DEVELOPMENT, INC. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by hrs. Nardini. Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Hanson, Scalze, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 20. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82 -1 -40 - APPROVING THE LILLIAN DUCHARME GARFIET.D VARIANCE REQUEST PROVIDED THE BUILDING MEETS ALL SETBACK REQUIREMENTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 21. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82 -1 -41 - APPROVING THE LILLIAN DUCHARME GARFIE D PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED The foregoing resolute ion was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg.
