MINUTES <br />City Council <br />January 27, 1982 <br />Lillian <br />Garfield <br />Ducharme <br />Variance <br />and <br />Property <br />Division <br />Council opened the public hearing on the property division and variance <br />request of the Lillian Garfield Ducharme property located on the west <br />side of LaBore Road and abutting LaBore between Arcade Street and <br />County Road D. <br />The Votel Development, Inc. has requested a variance to section 905.050 <br />of the Zoning Code to construct a dwelling at 72 foot width at the building <br />front yard setback line. The City's Code requires 75 foot width. <br />Both the City Planner and Planning Commission have recommended approval <br />of both the variance request and property division provided that <br />building setbacks are met. <br />There was no one present opposing the variance or the property division. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82 -1 -39 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE VARIANCE REQUEST MADE BY VOTEL DEVELOPMENT, <br />INC. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by hrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Hanson, Scalze, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 20. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82 -1 -40 - APPROVING THE LILLIAN DUCHARME <br />GARFIET.D VARIANCE REQUEST PROVIDED THE BUILDING MEETS <br />ALL SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 21. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82 -1 -41 - APPROVING THE LILLIAN DUCHARME <br />GARFIE D PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolute ion was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Forsberg, Ranson, Nardini, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 22. <br />Page -2- <br />
