Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 510. Demont Avenue The letter in Council correspondence on the Demont drainage situation Drainage is for Council information. Agenda Item No. 17 Liquor License Transfer Brady's Agenda Item No. 18 Ducharme/ Brausen Property Agenda Addition The Council has been requested to transfer the Brady's liquor license to Mr. Michael Boyle. Mrs. Scalze informed the applicant that the Brady's liquor license has a condition that the owner provide a uniformed, private security guard to patrol the parking lot certain evenings of the week during certain hours. This contingency should become a part of the license transfer to Mr. Boyle also. The City Clerk will provide Mr. Boyle with the details of the contingency. Mrs. Nardini informed Mr. Boyle that this is also a contingency of the Hoggsbreath license. Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84 -10 -498 - TRANSFERRING THE LIQUOR LICENSE FROM BRADY'S TO MR. MICHAEL BOYLE WITH THE CONTINGENCY THAT TIIE NEW OWNERS MEET THE CONDITIONS THAT PRESENTLY EXIST ON THIS PARTICULAR LICENSE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (4) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 511. Mr. Hanson reported that the owner of the old Brausen /Ducharme property approached him about the possibility of developing this property. The property is land - locked, except for a 33 foot easement running to it. The City Clerk reported that there is adequate room in the area for a street. The Clerk reported that the ordinance requires that a blacktop street would have to service the property. Page -14- r. ti
