Culvert <br />(Cont.) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 510. <br />Demont Avenue The letter in Council correspondence on the Demont drainage situation <br />Drainage is for Council information. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 17 <br />Liquor <br />License <br />Transfer <br />Brady's <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 18 <br />Ducharme/ <br />Brausen <br />Property <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />The Council has been requested to transfer the Brady's liquor license <br />to Mr. Michael Boyle. <br />Mrs. Scalze informed the applicant that the Brady's liquor license <br />has a condition that the owner provide a uniformed, private security <br />guard to patrol the parking lot certain evenings of the week during <br />certain hours. This contingency should become a part of the license <br />transfer to Mr. Boyle also. The City Clerk will provide Mr. Boyle <br />with the details of the contingency. <br />Mrs. Nardini informed Mr. Boyle that this is also a contingency of <br />the Hoggsbreath license. <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84 -10 -498 - TRANSFERRING THE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE FROM BRADY'S TO MR. MICHAEL <br />BOYLE WITH THE CONTINGENCY THAT TIIE NEW OWNERS <br />MEET THE CONDITIONS THAT PRESENTLY EXIST ON <br />THIS PARTICULAR LICENSE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 511. <br />Mr. Hanson reported that the owner of the old Brausen /Ducharme property <br />approached him about the possibility of developing this property. The <br />property is land - locked, except for a 33 foot easement running to it. <br />The City Clerk reported that there is adequate room in the area for <br />a street.
