MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA May 8, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereofa regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of May, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman Bill Davison Gene DeLonais Art Herkenhoff - arrived 8:10 P.M. Thomas Perlinger - left 9:30 P.M. Peggy Schweizer Sharon Timmons ALSO PRESENT: Kathleen 1Glanzer, Recording Secretary Approval There being no corrections to the minutes of the April 10, 1986 Of The Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes Minutes are approved as read. Hardees There was no one present to represent the Hardees development proposal. Pat Goff, 1278 East County Road C in Maplewood, appeared before Aspen Grove the Commission requesting preliminary p lat approval of the Aspen Addition Grove Addition. Mr. Goff's development will consist of 38 single - family homes on 19 acres of property. The original proposal consisted of multiple - family housing. Mr. Goff reported that the property is zoned single - family and he is requesting no variances. With regard to the Planner's April 3 report, Goff indicated that either the ditch or some type of drainage will remain along County Road D. Goff stated that he will get a letter from the County on this. Also, NSP would like the pond reshaped so they have access to their power poles. Goff also indicated that he will move everything over so there is room for a 10 -foot pedestrian easement over the storm sewer easement and into the outlot. There was no one from the audience wishing to comment on the Aspen Grove Addition. Page -1-
