MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 8, 1986 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereofa regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 8th day of May, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff - arrived 8:10 P.M. <br />Thomas Perlinger - left 9:30 P.M. <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: Kathleen 1Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Approval There being no corrections to the minutes of the April 10, 1986 <br />Of The Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes <br />Minutes are approved as read. <br />Hardees There was no one present to represent the Hardees development <br />proposal. <br />Pat Goff, 1278 East County Road C in Maplewood, appeared before <br />Aspen <br />Grove the Commission requesting preliminary p lat approval of the Aspen <br />Addition Grove Addition. Mr. Goff's development will consist of 38 single - <br />family homes on 19 acres of property. The original proposal consisted <br />of multiple - family housing. <br />Mr. Goff reported that the property is zoned single - family and he <br />is requesting no variances. <br />With regard to the Planner's April 3 report, Goff indicated that <br />either the ditch or some type of drainage will remain along County <br />Road D. Goff stated that he will get a letter from the County on <br />this. Also, NSP would like the pond reshaped so they have access <br />to their power poles. Goff also indicated that he will move everything <br />over so there is room for a 10 -foot pedestrian easement over the <br />storm sewer easement and into the outlot. <br />There was no one from the audience wishing to comment on the Aspen <br />Grove Addition. <br />Page -1- <br />
