This concept plan is enclosed. Mr. Schroeder has also asked us to <br />assist him in responding to the suggestion that they give up their legal access <br />onto Rice Street. <br />We are 'consultants to several communitles within the Metropolitan Area, <br />Including the City of Roseville, your neighbor to the west. We are frequently <br />called upon to review plans such as these and we have also prepared hundreds <br />of similar plans for private sector developments. However, while we are <br />qualified to prepare and review site plans such as these, we are not <br />professional traffic consultants. In order to really assess the impact upon the <br />development of this curb cut onto Rice Street, we felt the need to review <br />this matter further with qualified experts. <br />3E <br />
