Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Hardees <br />„I."JT'CS O TAT REGULAR "«TI`!C <br />°LArlulrlG Cnmi SSIn'1 <br />LITTLE C.AUAOA, '1Ii'r.ir.SOTA <br />April 10, 10:OG <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, minnesota was <br />held on the 10th day of April, 1955 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS pR ^SF_NT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Rill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff - arrived 7:36 P.''.. <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />mR.M3c2S ABSENT: Sharon Timons <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Steve Grittr,an, City Planner <br />Bill Rlesener, Councilman <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections of the minutes of the ''larch 13, 1p26 <br />Planning Commission sleeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes <br />are approved as read. <br />There was no one present to represent the Oardees development <br />proposal. <br />Saxon Mr. Steve Lanik, architect, and Ir. Bruce Engelsnan, representing <br />Bowling Kraus- Anderson, were present to submit the proposal for addition <br />Alley to the Saxon 3owling Alley and to request approval of a sideyard <br />Expansion setback variance. <br />Mr. Lanik explained the proposal outlining plans for 1andscaoinq, <br />lighting, curbing, walkways and a new entrance. Lanik explained <br />that the addition will house 3 additional howling lanes as well as <br />a bar with separate entrance and kitchen facilities. <br />There was no one from the audience wishing to comment on the proposal. <br />Mr. Lanik also reported that parking criteria has been met. Lanik <br />was also agreeable to 'meeting the recommendations of the 'City Planner. <br />Lanik explained that the variance is needed for the new addition to <br />keep the bowling ecuiprient in line with existing equipment. It was <br />also pointed out that the street adjacent to the bowling alley, went <br />in after the bowling alley was built. <br />Dace -1- <br />
