Manage the Project in accordance with the Project Schedule and the Contract. <br />Documents <br />13.) Process Monthly and final Contractor Applications for Payment <br />14.) Prepare a List of incomplete or unsatisfactory Items and a Schedule for their <br />completion <br />15.) Coordinate the delivery of all Equipment Manuals /Date Sheets to the Owner <br />We propose that Compensation for the above Construction Management Services shall be based <br />upon the Fixed Fee of Nine Thousand Six Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars. ($9,600.00) <br />Compensation shall be due and payable monthly based upon the percentage of completion of the <br />various Phases of our Work. <br />Should any additional Construction Management Services be required, additional Compensation <br />shall be based upon the Hourly Rate of $130.00 per Hour for Project Manager /Architect and <br />$85.00 per Hour for AutoCAD Technician, or a previously agreed upon Lump -Sum Amount. <br />In addition to the foregoing Compensation, all expenditures made in the interest of your Project <br />will be reimbursable at our costs. All additional and /or significant Direct Expense items shall be <br />authorized by yourself or other responsible person within the City of Little Canada prior to <br />commencement of the Work or incurrence of the expense. <br />Again, we thank you for the opportunity to present this Proposal and we look forward to working <br />with you and the Project Team towards the successful completion of your Project.
