The Budget for the Work of the Project has been <br />established by the City of Little Canada as being $150,000.00 and shall be confirmed prior to the <br />Bidding Phase of this Project based upon the Architect's Estimate of Construction Costs. The <br />Work is to be accomplished per Architectural Drawings to be furnished by this office under <br />separate Agreement and the Work is to attain Substantial Completion by Fall, 2013 <br />We propose to provide the following Construction Management Services for our Phases of the <br />Work: <br />1.) Initial Cost Estimate <br />2.) Preparation of Bid Packages <br />3.) Bidding /Negotiations and Award Recommendations <br />4.) Preparation /Execution of Agreements for Construction and Purchase Orders <br />5.) Receive Certificates of Insurance <br />6.) Preparation and Maintenance of Schedule for Construction <br />7.) Conduct Preconstruction Conference <br />8.) Maintain Daily Log of Construction Activities <br />9.) Process Shop Drawings <br />10.) Process Change Orders and Field Change Directives <br />11.) Administer the Agreements for Construction and Coordinate the Scheduled <br />Activities and Responsibilities of the Contractors with each other and with those of <br />the Construction Manager and the Owner <br />
