WISCONSIN 54023 <br />March 25, 2013 <br />PHONE 612- 867 -6394 <br />Mr. Jim Morelan, Director of Parks and Recreation <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />RE: Proposal for Architectural Services <br />Warming House, City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Dear Mr. Morelan: <br />d k r u m m@ ry k a rc h i t ec t s. co m <br />Thank you for the opportunity to present this Proposal for Architectural Services for the above <br />referenced Project. <br />It is our understanding that at this time the Project is to consist of the complete demolition and <br />removal of the existing Warning 1 -louse in order that a new Warming House can he constructed to <br />the South of the current location to better relate to both the existing Hockey Rink and the existing <br />Pleasure Rink. In addition to a Warming /Changing Area, an Office and a Mechanical /Storage <br />Room, this new facility is to include Men's and Women's Toilet Rooms, both of which will be <br />available for use by those utilizing the nearby Skate Board Park. The Primary Wall Construction <br />Materials are to be Concrete Masonry with the Exterior being Decorative Concrete Masonry and the <br />Roof is to be Metal. It is our further understanding that the Budget for the Work of this Project has <br />been established by the City of Little Canada as being $150,000.00 <br />We propose to provide the tbllowing Architectural Services for our Phases of the Work: <br />1.) Space Programming and Concept /Schematic Design <br />2.) Design Development <br />3.) Construction Documents <br />As a part of this proposal for Architectural Services we will also provide for the services of <br />Structural Engineering. The Services of Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture, should they <br />be required, are to be the responsibility of the City of Little Canada. The Services of Mechanical or <br />Electrical Engineering, should they be required, are to be the responsibility of the respective <br />Plumbing, Heating or Electrical Contractor through the Design -Build process. We will provide <br />assistance and background drawings as may he required to facilitate the Design -Build and Bidding <br />process for the Mechanical and Electrical components of the Project. <br />
