MINUTES <br />City Council <br />(,August 14, 1985 <br />Frank <br />Frattalone <br />Property <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 8 <br />Land Fill <br />& Excavation <br />Ordinance <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 9 <br />0 <br />r <br />The City Clerk reported that Mr. Frattalone could not attend tonight's <br />meeting and requested that the matter of his property on Park Street <br />be tabled for two weeks. <br />Mr. Blesener stated that he disagreed with the Building Inspector's letter <br />on the condition of the Frattalone property. Blesener stated that some <br />of the junky items have been removed from the property. There is some <br />additional construction equipment, but it is not junky. Also the old <br />orange van is still on the property. <br />Fahey suggested that the matter be tabled for two weeks to give Mr. <br />Frattalone a chance to sit down with the Building Inspector and discuss <br />the condition of the property. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the final approval of the condition of the <br />property was given to the Building Inspector. <br />Fahey stated that he did not think that an additional two weeks was an <br />unreasonable request. <br />Nardini stated that she would be in favor of a two week delay, if there <br />is a total clean —up of the property by that time. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -8 -384 — TABLING FOR TWO WEEKS <br />ACTION ON THE CONDITION OF THE FRANK FRATTALONE <br />PROPERTY TO GIVE MR. FRATTALONE ADDITIONAL TIME TO <br />DISCUSS THIS MATTER WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR <br />AND IF NOTHING IS DONE BY THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING, <br />THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER TAKING STERNER ACTION <br />IN THE MATTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Blesener, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 389. <br />The Council has before it for action a proposed ordinance dealing with <br />land fill and excavation. Mr. Collova pointed out that the words "or <br />tunnels" was also be have been removed from Section 1501.010.3. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 265 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN <br />ITS ENTITRETY THE LITTLE CANADA CODE CHAPTER <br />1501 FILLING AND 1502 EXCAVATION WITH THE <br />DELETION OF THE WORDS OR TUNNELS" FROM SECTION <br />1501.010 3. <br />Page —8— <br />
