CITY MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETIN LITTLE CANADA, JULY 22, 2026 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota, was convened on the 22nd day of July 2026 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Schwalbach, and Miller. Absent: None. ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator Laura Linehan, and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller. JULY 8, 2026 WORKSHOP AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: **Tel 4 W• --• • • - r The foregoing resolution was .duly seconded by Schwalbach. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ANNOUNCEMENTS The Assistant City Administrator invited residents to join the city for the July Community Connections event where Waste Management will provide recycling tips and information at the Pioneer Park play area. She stated that refreshments will be provided. She noted the upcoming Ice Cream Social on July 30t", highlighting the different events that will be available and encouraging residents to bring a non-perishable food donation. PUBLIC COMMENT None. CONSENT AGENDA Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.2026-7-98 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: • Approval of the Vouchers • Approve Final Partial Pay Request to Husky Construction for Little Canada Road Project Tree Clearing • Approve Audit Services Contract Extension for 2026-2027 with Abdo • Approve Purchase of a Closed -Circuit Television Camera System for the Little Canada Fire Station
