MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />July 10, 1986 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 10th day of July, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. <br />and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />Sharon Timmons, arrived 7:40 P.M. <br />ALSO PRESENT: David Licht, Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Approval There being no corrections to the June 12, 1986 Planning Commission <br />Of The minutes, the minutes were approved as submitted. <br />Minutes <br />Larson Lot Mr. Dan Larson appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />Split of the division of 12 feet from his Lot 1 on Twin Lake Trail and <br />the adding of this 12 feet to Lot 2. Larson reported that a house <br />was recently built on Lot 2 and it is encroaching onto Lot 1 by <br />1.7 feet. Larson pointed out that he will be purchasing 12 feet <br />from the Mitchell property and will be coming in with this <br />division in the future. However, there will still be adequate <br />frontage on Lot 1 and a home can be built on the lot and proper <br />setbacks can be maintained. <br />The Planner reported that the subdivision is acceptable and <br />recommended approval. However, the City Engineer should review <br />the necessity of drainage and utility easements. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Larson lot split <br />contingent upon the recommendations contained in the Planner's <br />letter of July 7, 1986 for submission of a Certificate of Survey <br />and the City Engineer's review of drainage and utility easements. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />
