913.040 Conditional Uses. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) E. Rehabilitation Centers 1. All rehabilitation centers must have an .active license from the Minnesota Department of Welfare. 2. No overnight facilities are provided for the patron served. Patrons are delivered and removed daily. 3. Adequate off - street parking and access is provided in in compliance with Section 903.050 of this Ordinance. 4. The site and related parking and service shall be served by an arterial or collector street of sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic which will be generated. 5. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in dompliance with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. 6. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from its date of passage and publication.
