Conditional Use Permits Prescription Landscape & Anderson Lawn Care Prescription Landscape pointed out that they are supposed to vacate the premises by October 1. If the Commission tabled action for a month, it would cause inconveniences. Mr. Davison felt that the proposed use was similar to a garden supply store. Timmons felt that the location and access were poor for a retail sales business and felt that the conditional use hermit was justifiable. Davison stated that whatever goes in on the property should provide for dust control, preferably blacktop. Also there should be no outdoor storage of materials or equipment. Davison stated that he would be in favor of the proposal as the use seems to be similar to a garden supply store. Mrs. Timmons recommended approval of the text amendment allowing landscape maintenance in a 6 -3 area under a conditional use permit subject to compliance with the Planner's recommendations contained in his August 7, 1986 report and that if the conditional use permits are approved, the City Council place a time limit as to when the Planner's recommendations must be met. Motion seconded by Mr. Herkenhoff. Motion carried 6 - 0. Mr. Anderson pointed out that there is dust also coning from the property that is located west of the Frattalone property. The City Planner recommended that the Commission take separate action on the conditional use permits for the landscape businesses, so that if there is a problem with one business, the permit can be revoked for that business alone and not for the whole property. Mr. Iierkenhoff recommended approval of a conditional use permit for Prescription Landscape to operate a. business at 102 West County Road C. Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. Motion carried 6 - 0.
